Customers using UPE to push policy to CloudSWG May Encounter Policy Compile Failures when policy references User-Agents with ";"

We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Investigating

We are seeing an issue in CloudSWG where customers that use UPE, and also reference policy to block/allow certain User-Agent strings that contain a semi-colon ";" will not be able to push policy and their Management Center will return an error.

Broadcom engineering teams are currently investigating and will provide an update.
