On July 9, 2024 between 14:08 and 14:26 UTC, customers would have experienced failures while trying to login to the portal. The issue has since been rectified.
As of 14:26 UTC we are no longer seeing the issue and we continue to closely monitor the service. Please note that no other Symantec Endpoint Security functionality was affected.
