We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.

Monitoring

On September 13, 2023 between 16:16 to 16:24 UTC (09:16 to 09:24 PST), a subset of customers may have experienced degraded performance when accessing/using VIP services.

This was a short lived incident and we are no longer seeing an issue. As part of resolving this issue, the changes rolled out to the VIP service on September 13, 2023 have been rolled back. We will provide an update later on when the features are released again.

We continue to monitor the service for stability and provide updates as more information becomes available.
