On August 18, 2020, approximately between 09:28 and 10:30 UTC a subset of customers provisioned on the NAM infrastructure may have experienced delays sending/receiving emails. This resulted in emails being queued and in some cases a connection error may have been presented. The underlying issue was resolved at approximately 10:30 UTC and emails queued on our infrastructure were processed, emails queued on customers/third-party MTAs were processed per retry-schedule.
