All TM silos & AfDB are up and running. We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
We have identified the root cause of the issue and have implemented a fix. The issue has been resolved in all silos except Secure5 UAT. Our teams are working diligently to restore services on Secure5 UAT, and we will continue to monitor the service for stability in other TM silos. We will provide updates as new information becomes available. Please expect an update at 0800 HRS GMT.
Arcot monitoring has detected certain internal components of AfDB and AfI (Transaction Manager) are facing a problem processing transaction requests in Arcot's UAT environment. Arcot is engaged and is working on priority to resolve the present problem. Please expect an update at 0600 HRS GMT.
Impact - Any test transactions performed might not show the desired outcome at this point.
