Customer SDDC logs are not populating in s3 currently. We are diligently working on the issue


We have implemented a fix that would resolve the issue with the downstream services. Log ingestion and movement should be functioning at this time. We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.


One of our auxiliary systems that performs log handling is experiencing an outage. We have identified the issue. Currently we are testing the fix that will be implemented for resolution.
