Symantec, a division of Broadcom, is performing Cloud Portal maintenance starting on March 15, 2022, at 21:00 UTC for a duration of 4 hour.


  • During the maintenance window, Cloud Portal will be unavailable. New portal logins will not be possible.
  • External API calls (CASB gatelets, CASB logs, audit logs, provisioning requests) will all fail.
  • Existing traffic will not be affected. Customers with user or group based policy (requiring an Auth Connector connection) connecting to a new datapod will not be able to resolve any user/group information.
  • Real-time traffic filtering will not be impacted by this maintenance.

    All other aspects of our services are expected to function as normal.
