We are aware of VIP customers in the US region experiencing issues using Verizon Network for SMS from a subset of long codes, short codes, and toll-free numbers. We can confirm that our SMS provider is having delivery issues.

As a workaround, based on individual customer configuration, voice, push or manual security code options can be used. We will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
