We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing an issue where we are unable to evaluate risk scores in specific cases. As a result, customers may observe endpoints in their environment reporting status as "At Risk" without a Status Reason on the Endpoint Security console.

We have identified the cause of this issue and are working towards a fix. No other aspect of the service is impacted by this issue and customer endpoints continue to be protected. We will provide an update as soon as new information is available.
