  • Summary: This notification is to inform you that the Clarity SaaS team will be applying a product patch to your environment to address issues as identified below.

  • Schedule: The maintenance will be performed at the time listed in this notice.

  • Service Availability: The service will be unavailable within the duration of the maintenance. Although the duration of this maintenance is scheduled for 8 hours, we anticipate the duration to be shorter. You will be notified upon completion.

  • Impact: This maintenance will update Clarity SaaS with a product patch. This patch will not include new functionality.

  • Action Required: Please test after this maintenance is completed to confirm the issues listed have been resolved.

    NOTE: These issues will be addressed in your Production environment 16.2.1 upgrade for which you have received a separate notification.

  • Details: In an effort to address recently identified issues with our Clarity service, the Clarity SaaS team is applying a product patch to your environment. The following issues are addressed as part of this maintenance activity:

    • DE79035: The given offset is invalid - Notifications KB Article
    • DE79900: Classic Risk URL embedded in Channels are not showing the buttons at the bottom KB Article
    • DE78632: Free text disappearing from Status Reports page when entered quickly KB Article
    • DE79737: Cannot navigate out of an Unsaved view in accounts without Views - Administer access right, if that view is recommended KB Article
    • DE79803: MUX - Problem with view settings that have table widgets in a canvas KB Article
