VIP - Issue with Voice OTP Delivery
A fix has been implemented. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
We are aware that some VIP customers might be experiencing issues not receiving OTP delivery via voice.
As a workaround, based on individual customer configuration, SMS, push or manual security code options can be used. We will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
