Licensing Infrastructure Maintenance November 18, 2025
Broadcom is performing planned maintenance on our licensing infrastructure on November 18, 2025 starting at 14:00 UTC and ending at 16:00 UTC.
Impact
During this time the following scenarios should be noted:
- SSP, CAS, MA, MC, SSLV, and Reporter appliances will not be able to download any licenses.
- Virtual appliances will not be able to use the phone home service resulting in warnings, however these appliances will continue to work normally during this maintenance window.
- The subscription download service will work with the existing data. Any new data will not be available during the maintenance.
