Symantec, a division of Broadcom, will be performing maintenance on WSS Agent infrastructure on January 8, 2022, starting at 13:00 UTC for a duration of 14 hours.

Impact

During the maintenance period, the WSS Agent installer download may be unavailable. Any existing installers that have been prepared prior to the start of the maintenance will continue to be available for download; however new requests will time-out or result in an error message. Installers that have already been downloaded will continue to function, and installation can be performed during the outage period.

Required Action

Customers who require access to the WSS Agent installer during the outage period should download it prior to the start of the maintenance window.
