ENDPOINT STANDARD - US 1, 2, 5 and ENTERPRISE EDR - US sensors may be unable to upload latest events from an endpoint, look up reputation of a new file or receive a configuration change from ENDPOINT STANDARD - US 1, 2, 5 and ENTERPRISE EDR - US backend.
