During the most recent maintenance window, a change was implemented that inadvertently impacted authentication through the VIP Enterprise Gateway. Upon identifying the issue, we promptly rolled back the changes on the VIP Cloud infrastructure to restore expected functionality.
However, if customers continue to experience authentication issues, we recommend restarting the VIP Enterprise Gateway as a corrective action.
