Email Security.cloud: NAM and EMEA Infrastructure Maintenance November 5-7
Broadcom is performing updates to it's Email Security.cloud service. This release contains security fixes and updates to it's mail scanning load balancer infrastructure. It will be performed for the EMEA and NAM regions.
Timing
The maintenance will begin on November 5, 2025 with a completion date of November 7, 2025 and will be conducted during off-business hours only. See timing for each region below:
- NAM: All maintenance will occur between 07:00 and 12:00 UTC.
- EMEA: All maintenance will occur between 18:00 and 00:00 UTC.
Impact
No customer impact is expected from this maintenance and all aspects of our service are expected to function as normal.
