Arcot confirms that the earlier observed issue with sftp.arcot.com has now been resolved. Arcot was able to take the necessary actions to restore the service. With this update, we confirm that the incident stands resolved.

Arcot monitoring has detected a problem due to which internal and external connectivity to sftp.arcot.com is impacted intermittently. Arcot has engaged the right teams who are working on a resolution as a priority.
Impact: This problem is causing a delay in file processing.
Please note that this problem is not impacting transaction processing or risk evaluation.
