RESTORED: There is no longer any customer impact as Track n Trace searches are working as expected. Customers who performed Track n Trace searches might have noticed timeout / slowness issues intermittently in Clientnet between 17:50 UTC and 23:00 UTC.

Our engineers are currently checking each site that hosts track and trace infrastructure and comparing results. We have taken few servers out of service and working on identifying the cause of this issue.
A small subset of customers continue to experience slowness and/or connection timeouts. Next update will be posted at 23:00 UTC or as soon as new information becomes available.
Please be advised that we are currently experiencing a problem with Track & Trace component. Searches either hang and timeout or returning no results. The issue is intermittent and affecting a small subset of our customers.
