Enhancements
• CAC 38 - Fixed the eventlog mask functionality available in the bcca.ini and changed the debug mask definitions to be more specific to certain types of operations. • CAC 39 - Added saml.ini configuration for the assertion conditions attribute to specify NotBefore and NotOnOrBefore.
