Scheduled

VMware, a division of Broadcom is performing maintenance to the VMware Tanzu CloudHealth service beginning April 17, 2025 at 13:00 UTC for a duration of 24 hours.

During the maintenance window, Tanzu CloudHealth engineering team will be adding new collector endpoints.

Required Action

If you currently restrict IPs for any collection APIs, you must add these new CloudHealth IP addresses to your whitelist to ensure your cloud asset & cost data collection is uninterrupted.

For security reasons, we ask that you open a support ticket to request the IP addresses and confirm when you are able to add them to your whitelist. If you have any questions about the change, these can be addressed through the support ticket.

Impact

Customers may experience platform slowness, delayed reports, temporary unavailability or limited functionality during the maintenance window.
