Cloud SWG: Reporting Service Degraded Performance
We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
On August 23, 2023 between 17:05 UTC and 17:25 UTC, customers in US region may have experienced degraded performance with reporting functionality. This was a short lived incident and we have not seen any recurrence. As of 17:25, we are no longer experiencing any reporting delays and we continue to closely monitor the service.
We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
