Infrastructure Maintenance April 27-29, 2026
Broadcom is performing updates to it's Email Security.cloud service. This release contains preparatory changes for future infrastructure enhancements, improvements to internal monitoring and additional capabilities added to it's encrypted email handling. These updates are to it's email scanning servers, which will impact the EMEA and NAM regions.
Timing
The maintenance will begin on April 27, 2026 with a completion date of April 29, 2026 and will be conducted during off-business hours only. See timing for each region below:
- NAM: All maintenance will occur between 08:00 and 12:00 UTC.
- EMEA: All maintenance will occur between 18:00 and 00:00 UTC.
Impact
No customer impact is expected from this maintenance and all aspects of our service are expected to function as normal.
