On January 13 at 03.54 UTC, a limited number of Symantec VIP users reported an issue with mobile push authentication. Our team investigated this and it was determined that the cause was network related. After making the necessary changes the issue was confirmed as resolved at 05:15 UTC.

We are continuing to investigate the cause of the issue so that the appropriate actions can be taken to prevent a reoccurrence.
