On March 1, 2026, at 15:00 UTC, Broadcom is performing planned maintenance of Symantec ZTNA (formerly Secure Access Cloud) US infrastructure for a duration of 8 hours.

Impact

The Admin and User Console will be unavailable from 15:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC.

During this maintenance window, end-user access and operations will continue to function normally, including log streaming.

Following the console infrastructure upgrade, user access will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 30 minutes before full service restoration.

These updates are necessary to improve the stability and performance of our infrastructure. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
