Thank you for your patience, on August 1st 2017 at approximately 22:00 (UTC) our monitoring systems alerted our engineering team of a potential delay in VIP User Authentication Service. Upon investigating the alert, our engineering team was able to resolve the issue and service was fully restored to normal operation by 22:54 (UTC). All VIP services are fully functional as of August 1 at 22:54 (GMT). We are monitoring the service and continuing to investigate the slow down and will provide an update at the conclusion of the investigation.
