Arcot monitoring observed a drop in incoming authentication Requests and an elevated rate of challenge transaction failures.

Impact: Transactions would have experienced an increased latency with the Arcot ACS resulting in increased directory server timeouts and Incomplete, or Unavailable Authentications. Internal teams were able to engage and are investigating on the cause of the problem.

Present monitoring confirms that the transaction processing health is restored. Please consider this notification as a retrospective update of the incident observed earlier.
