During our service maintenance window on October 27, 2024, duplicate watchlist hits was observed from 15:30 UTC to 18:45 UTC. There were no data gaps or false positives. Security posture was not impacted.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
Carbon Black Cloud, a division of Broadcom, will be performing series of infrastructure updates in the US & EU regions beginning October 27, 2024 starting at 12:00 UTC, for a duration of 12 hours.
Impact
No console or API downtime is expected and sensors will continue to monitor and prevent threats in your environment.
