The situation has been mitigated; however some instances of the Gateways might still show as disconnected or have entities pending deployment. In such situations we recommend restarting portal deployer by toggling Gateway CWP portal.deployer.enabled to reestablish connection between affected gateways and the APIM staging portal.
The APIM team has been investigating reports of intermittent connectivity issues on the Staging Portal affecting the Entity Synchronization process that could have resulted in a delay or inability to synchronize portal entities to the Gateways, and/or the status of the Gateways showing as disconnected.
