Arcot confirms that the earlier noticed issue with EMV 3DS Challenge transactions failures processing has now been resolved and with this update we confirm the incident stands resolved @ 06:08pm GTM

We are still investigating the cause of the issue. Outbound network is degraded impacting EMV3DS challenge transactions. At this time, frictionless transactions in the AReq cycle are not impacted. We will provide next update by 07:00pm GMT

Arcot has noticed a spike in challenge transaction failures for EMV 3DS transactions and our initial investigation are confirming that there is an ongoing issue at our end with our outbound traffic. Our internal teams are already engaged in investigating and resolving this issue.
