Underway

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

Scheduled

Broadcom, will conduct maintenance to the Cloud Secure Web Gateway Dedicated IP service for the sites listed below. During this maintenance event, Dedicated IP routing will remain operational when configured using best practices.

  • Columbia,
  • Des Moines
  • Los Angeles
  • London
  • Amsterdam
  • Frankfurt

Timing

Maintenance will begin on March 24, 2023, lasting for a duration of up to 3 hours and will start per region as following:

  • EMEA: 21:00 UTC
  • Americas: 23:00 UTC

Impact

Dedicated IP traffic will be automatically redirected by the service to the nearest alternate Dedicated IP data center during the maintenance window. However, if you only have one active Dedicated IP site, dedicated IP routing will be unavailable during the maintenance. To avoid this, be sure to have at least two active Dedicated IP sites.
