Symantec, a division of Broadcom, is performing maintenance of Email Security.Cloud customer portal ClientNet beginning August 6, 2022 at 08:00 UTC for a duration of 12 hours.


During the maintenance period ClientNet, Customer and Partner APIs will not be available.

As part of this release, the following defects/enhancements will be addressed:

  • Removal of sensitive and outdated user messages, like the use of “blacklisted”
  • Correction of a Japanese Confirmation message
  • Corrected an issue where in certain cases Data-Feeds-API could not pull email info
  • Corrected the download of Threat Isolation Incidents CSV file
  • Other miscellaneous changes relating to subscriptions and reports
