Spike in MasterCard EMV3DS Challenge Transaction failures

At this point we confirm that the incident stands resolved and we are now noticing that the EMV3DS Challenge Transactions from MasterCard are getting processed as normal and we do not notice high failure rates. We have reached out to MasterCard on the cause of this issue.

Identified

Arcot has identified high challenge failures for EMV3DS Transactions coming from MasterCard Directory Server. We have raised this problem with MasterCard who have confirmed on an issue on their side which their teams are working to resolve on high priority.

Please note that this issue is not impacting 3DS1.x transaction processing and also EMV3DS Transactions from Visa Directory Server are getting processed as normal.
