Our encryption partner Echoworx will be performing a scheduled maintenance, beginning March 11, 2023 starting at 14:00 UTC, for a duration of 2 hours. This upgrade will bring Echoworx backend services to the latest feature release.
Impact
During this maintenance, some components of the service will be offline for the US region. Within this period there will be 30 minutes of interrupted performance.
All email routed to Echoworx for encryption will be queued for processing as soon as services are restored.
The EMX Web Portal (for recipients), and the EMG Admin Console (for administrators) will be offline. If users attempt to visit the Portal, the following error will be displayed: We'll be back soon! Sorry for the inconvenience. We're performing scheduled maintenance at the moment.
