VMware Cloud on AWS Planned Maintenance Notification

We will be performing scheduled system maintenance for VMware Cloud on AWS on Saturday, May 30, 2026 to improve the performance and reliability of our platform. There will be no impact to your workloads during this maintenance window. Please review the details below to understand the impact.

Maintenance Window:

• Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026
• Start Time: 15:00:00 GMT/UTC+0
• End Time: 19:00:00 GMT/UTC+0
• Total Duration: 4 Hours

Impact Details:

• SDDC and Workloads: All existing SDDCs and customer workloads will be unaffected. New SDDC deployments will not be possible during the maintenance window.
• VMC Console UI Access: The VMC Console UI (https://vmc.broadcom.com) will be unavailable during this system maintenance. You will not be able to log in or modify the settings of your SDDC(s). This includes operations like add/remove host or cluster, change EDRS settings, etc.
• vCenter/NSX Access: During the maintenance window, access to the vCenter and NSX management appliances will remain unaffected. However, launching vCenter/NSX directly from the VMC Console will be temporarily unavailable. Please make note of the vCenter and NSX Manager URLs prior to the maintenance. For Federated vCenter users, also make note of the emergency access URLs and credentials before the scheduled maintenance.
• VMC Public APIs: API requests may experience intermittent connectivity or brief timeouts. We recommend pausing any automated scripts or CI/CD deployments during this time.
