Symantec, a division of Broadcom, is performing Cloud Portal and API Services maintenance starting on April 9, 2021, at 21:00 UTC for a duration of 1 hour.

Impact During the maintenance period, Administrators may need to re-authenticate to the Cloud Portal. Customers using Management Center jobs to update UPE policy may see the connection terminated and re-established. During the maintenance period, UPE policy push will be unavailable. All previously configured policies will remain active. In addition, customers may experience a brief outage where a log download request could timeout and a re-request may be necessary.

All other aspects of our services are expected to function as normal.

Required Actions: No customer action is required.
