Email Security.cloud: Threat Isolation Service Update November 09, 2025
Broadcom will perform maintenance on the Threat Isolation Service for Email Security Service customers. This service update is part of our continuous efforts to improve the functionality, reliability, and robustness of our platform.
The maintenance event will start on November 09, 2025, at 07:00 UTC and continues until 17:00 UTC.
Impact
Only Email Security Service customers who use the Threat Isolation add-on will be impacted.
- During the maintenance period, Web Isolation Portal may be temporarily inaccessible
- Users' activity audits during the maintenance period may not be presented in the activity logs
- End users might experience a degradation in service during the maintenance period
- All other aspects of our services are expected to function as normal.
- During this maintenance event, end users might experience a degradation of service on isolated sessions
