We have confirmed the service is fully operational. This incident is now resolved.
Access to the EDR Portal is restored, and customers should be able to log into the portal without issues. We will continue to monitor the service closely and will provide any updates as soon as they become available.
We are aware of an intermittent connection issue resulting in customers unable to access the EDR Portal in the US region.
We are investigating this issue with the highest priority and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
