Device Services: We have identified a fix which is currently being implemented and monitored closely.

Events Processing: CB Defense 05 Backend may take longer than normal to process latest events uploaded from an endpoint by CB Defense 05 Sensor. Events and/or Alerts in CB Defense 05 Dashboard may populate with a delay. Visibility of events and alerts related to Prevention and Detection may be temporarily delayed until normal operation of Event Processing is restored.

Dashboard: CB Defense 05 UI has recovered. CB Defense 05 org Administrators are now able to log in. CB Defense 05 Dashboard is available.

Description:

Dashboard: Some elements of CB Defense 05 UI may take longer than normal to populate or fail to load intermittently. CB Defense 05 org Administrators may be unable to log in. CB Defense 05 Dashboard may be unavailable.

Device Services: We are aware of a problem in the CB Defense 05 backend which can manifest itself as an intermittent installation or registration failure.

Security Impact: Prevention capabilities of CB Defense 05 are unaffected.
