On 27-Apr-2021, an issue was discovered resulting in certain events not showing on the analysis page. Our investigation uncovered situations where our AWS load balancer unexpectedly returned HTTP error 502 in a way which was not caught via existing monitoring or alerting. These 502 errors received by the sensor caused some events to be deleted and not reported to the backend. We took scaling action on the services in the backend to alleviate the issue on Thursday, 29-Apr-2021, 12:28 PM ET.
