The Toronto (GCATO) Cloud SWG site will undergo maintenance beginning on January 16, 2026 at 03:00 UTC lasting for a duration of up to 6 hours. This maintenance includes the addition of ingress addresses to the site. Carefully review the information below to avoid disruption of service.
Impact
- Expect the site to be completely unavailable during the maintenance window.
- Ingress IP address changes will occur for WSS Agent traffic so it is imperative to adjust access control lists appropriately in case you are using this access method.

- 168.149.130.164 - NO CHANGE
- 34.130.227.16/28 - ADDED ON November 3, 2025
Egress IP Addresses:
- 168.149.130.0/24 - NO CHANGE
- 168.149.131.0/24 - NO CHANGE
- 2604:b040:13:1900::/80 - NO CHANGE
Required Action by Connection Method prior to January 16, 2026
- IPsec: Switch to your secondary tunnel prior to the maintenance window, for the duration of the maintenance.
- WSS Agent, Symantec Enterprise Agent: Update any firewall rules regulating connectivity with Cloud SWG to allow traffic to pass to/from the IP networks listed above. Failure to make these changes could prevent users from connecting to Cloud SWG, or authenticating against the service using the Auth Connector (where applicable) after the maintenance. During the maintenance, agent traffic will be automatically redirected by the service to the nearest site.
- Explicit proxy and proxy forwarding: Customers directing traffic to proxy.threatpulse.net will be automatically redirected by the service to the nearest alternate site during the maintenance window.
