We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
We are no longer experiencing DEI (Dedicated Egress IP) issues and Columbia, South Carolina (GUSCO) is fully operational. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Customer connections may intermittently fail for sites configured to use the DEI (Dedicated Egress IP) features in Columbia, South Carolina (GUSCO) POP.
We are actively investigating this issue as a high priority and have engaged all appropriate teams at Broadcom. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
