The Clarity SaaS team will be performing scheduled monthly maintenance activity as listed below.

  • Schedule

    • Start time: March 12, 2022 at 03:00 UTC
    • End time: March 12, 2022, at 15:00 UTC

  • Service Availability: You will experience intermittent access to your non-production Clarity SaaS application. Your production Clarity SaaS application will be available during the scheduled maintenance duration.

  • Details: The below disruptive activity will be performed during this maintenance:

    CHG0510183 - GKE migration of Clarity SaaS non-production environments from Frankfurt to Netherlands. See email notices sent January 5, 2022 "EU Data Center Location Change" and February 8, 2022 "EU Data Center Location Change - SFTP Update" for important details for this change.

  • Action Required: In order to minimize impact to your business processes, Broadcom recommends taking the following actions to your non-production Clarity SaaS applications prior to the start of the maintenance:

    • Pause all scheduled Jobs and Reports
    • Re-schedule external integration jobs outside of the maintenance window

    After maintenance is complete:

    • Login to each of your non-production Clarity SaaS applications
    • Resume all paused schedules
