AppNeta Engineering is initiating emergency maintenance against the Usage sub-system to mitigate this issue. During this time, The Usage sub-system may be unavailable.

Investigating

AppNeta Engineering has identified an issue whereby packet captures in the Usage sub-system are unable to be downloaded. We are investigating this issue and will post updates here.
