On August 17th 2021, the WSS Reporting team temporarily disabled the Detailed Sandbox reports in order to improve system performance and stability.

Impact

WSS customers that utilize detailed sandbox reporting will be unable to retrieve results via the WSS portal while this functionality is unavailable. This affects the following reports:

• Sandbox threats by risk score • Customized reports that contain Sandbox Risk Score • Drill down on an existing report to Sandbox Risk Score • Existing report, click on a value to launch an overview report and select Sandbox Risk Score • Full Log Detail report with a filter for Sandbox Risk Score
