This issue has been resolved and the service via Frankfurt data center is fully operational. This will be the final update for this incident.
Normal performance has been restored to the Frankfurt data center. We are closely monitoring the data center and an update will be provided once more data is available.
Data Center Frankfurt is currently down due to what appears to be a network carrier issue.
We are currently investigating the issue with our network carrier and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
