Scheduled network maintenance will occur in the Tel Aviv, Israel (TLV1) WSS data center on April 24, 2020 starting at 16:00 UTC and is expected to last up to 2 hours.
Impact Network Impact is expected, as we will be replacing the load balancers at this site during the maintenance.
This maintenance is being performed on site load balancers.
Required Action IPSec: Customers should bring up their secondary tunnel prior to the maintenance window.
Unified Agent and WSS Agent: No customer action is required. Customer traffic will be automatically redirected by Symantec to the nearest alternate site during the maintenance window.
