We have confirmed the SSL certificate issue for customers connected to Sydney (SYD1) Data Center is fully resolved and there is no longer an impact to customers. This incident is resolved.
We are aware of an issue where customers connected to Sydney (SYD1) Data Center may have experienced SSL certificate error for SSL Intercept users since 00:01 UTC. We have deployed a fix and currently monitoring the issue. We will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
