Email Security.cloud Infrastructure Maintenance: March 18-24, 2026
Broadcom is performing updates to its Email Security.cloud service. This release includes minor fixes to the email scanning infrastructure related to TLS verification before delivery for Echoworx, which will impact the EMEA and NAM regions.
Timing
The maintenance will begin on March 18, 2026, with a completion date of March 24, 2026, and will be conducted during off-business hours only. See timing for each region below:
NAM: All maintenance will occur between 08:00 and 12:00 UTC.
EMEA: All maintenance will occur between 18:00 and 00:00 UTC.
Impact
No customer impact is expected from this maintenance and all aspects of our service are expected to function as normal.
