Symantec, a division of Broadcom, is performing a periodic capacity test in the EMEA region. This maintenance will begin on December 14, 2021, starting at 07:00 UTC, for a duration of 4 hours. We conduct this test because our infrastructure runs as an active-active load balanced cluster designed so that when a site is taken out of service the remaining locations can continue with no noticeable impact on latency.

Impact No customer impact is expected from this test and all email services will remain available. If you do notice abnormal email queues on your SMTP gateway or see increasing scan queues through the email queue API please contact support as normal.

NOTE – the format of our maintenance notifications is changing as we look to add additional relevant information and explanations. This should not be a cause for concern, the testing is the same as has been carried out previously.
