VIP Intelligent Authentication Service Interruption
We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
On October 31, 2023 between 17:00 UTC to 17:07 UTC (10:00 to 10:07 PDT), VIP Intelligent Authentication customers may have experienced service interruption when accessing/using VIP services.
We have performed a site switch to restore service. This was a short lived incident and we are no longer seeing an issue. We continue to monitor the service for stability and provide updates as more information becomes available.
